Product Ads is an Amazon Services advertising program designed to give customers the best selection of products to buy on the internet. We offer sellers a cost-per-click (CPC) plan to send customers to your Web site so they can buy directly from you.

Product Ads Placement
Your Product Ads may appear at various locations through the Amazon network as we determine, including on product detail pages. Placement on a product detail page will be determined by the category, other offers on the page, and your CPC and click-through rate. As we develop the program we may test different placements to improve the shopping experience.

Product Ads Features
Product Ads offers many of the same features you will find in other advertising and comparison shopping programs. A key feature that Product Ads offers is a direct link to your product from Amazon network product detail pages. In some instances, for example where your product is not sold by Amazon.com or one of its third-party merchants, your Product Ads may also appear in search results.

Cost-Per-Click Advertising
Our cost-per-click model allows you to submit a product file and bid for placement in the Product Ads categories where we place your products. Because a CPC model is a pay for performance model, you only pay for traffic we send to your site.

Product Ads Cost
With Product Ads, you are in control of your spending. There are no registration fees or monthly minimums, so you only pay for the clicks we send to your Web site. You can set a daily budget and set the maximum bid you are willing to pay for each click in a particular category.

Pausing or Closing Your Product Ads Account
You can pause your account anytime from the Seller Central Settings page. If you decide to close your account, you can do so anytime by contacting us through the "Get technical support" link found at the bottom of any Seller Central page.
